This sounds funny but the struggle is real! Many people report their anxiety kicks in around 5pm on Sunday evenings. Anticipation plays a very big role here. Thoughts about meeting the expectations for the upcoming week flood the mind. The anxiety experienced on a Sunday evening mimics the feeling at the end of a vacation or at night before bed. Anxiety takes you out of the moment and your no longer enjoying what is supposed to be your weekend.

Do you want your Sunday evenings back? Contact us for help.
