MS, LCMHC
Lyndsay graduated with honors from Austin Peay State University’s CACREP Master’s program in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. She spent the past two years enhancing her clinical skills by providing individual and group counseling to adolescents and adults in both in-patient and out-patient facilities. Lyndsay enjoys counseling individuals of all ages, particularly children and adolescents!
Lyndsay’s desire to make a difference in the lives of others motivated her to become a mental health counselor. She finds the counseling field extremely rewarding and it brings her happiness to see clients make progress on their journey. In addition to counseling, Lyndsay loves spending time with her family. She is a military spouse with two children and two dogs. In her spare time, she plays sports and likes to be outside. Cool fact, she previously played softball and traveled all over the US competing in tournaments and even The World Series three times!
Lyndsay felt right at home at her initial visit to A Little Counseling. “I felt a sense of family here -- they chose me just as much as I chose them! I am eager and excited to further my knowledge and implement what I have learned thus far! I look forward to working with an incredible team and can’t wait for it to begin.”
