Bri-Ann has always held an interest in the counseling field and helping people. Dating back to her childhood, she could be found pretending to have her own practice and clients. During her time as an undergraduate in Psychology at the University at Albany, she was accepted by the Middle Earth Peer Assistance Hotline Program where she helped students cope with emotional, social and other life issues. Although a career in counseling was never a question, Bri-Ann was a dancer for over 18 years and a choreographer for the University Dance Council in college. She loves fashion, running, makeup, Disney, coffee, driving her two girls around, decorating, and making spaces look pretty!
Bri-Ann has dedicated her practices and career to helping those impacted by anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder take their lives back. She strongly believes that the combination of a strong therapeutic alliance, big motivation, education, leaning into strengths and values, self-compassion, evidence-based treatment methods, and ongoing practice yield great treatment results.

"When the doors first opened to A Little Counseling, I told myself if this facility could change the life of at least one person then we’ve succeeded with our mission. Over 4 years later, I can confidently say we’ve helped many and will continue to do so for years to come. A big thank you to our Client Coordinators for holding it down and to our awesome team of therapists who HUSTLE to provide both in-person and telehealth visits to ensure individual client needs are fulfilled during these weird times. Last but not least, thank you to every client and family who enters our facility and entrusts us with your mental health. We value and appreciate you all."
